Investment Plans

Consulting Retainer: HRAS will contract with the client a monthly fee to handle human resource services throughout the month. The client agrees the type of services and/or hours needed each month to meet the expectations of the client. In every category, HRAS will immediately respond to the client on human resource issues.

HR COMPLIANCE WITH HR ASSISTANCE – LEVEL

Services Provided:

  • All-Access To HR Solutions
  • Personalize Employee Handbook and updates
  • Employment Law Compliance (FLSA/Wage and Hour, EEOC, Civil Rights, FMLA, ADA, National Labor Relations Act, etc.)
  • HR Compliance/Document Review
  • Review Safety Manuals as applicable
  • Initial HR audits for best practices
  • Assistance on counseling, coaching, and terminations
  • Assistance on workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
  • On-Boarding guidance/Personnel File
  • On an average monthly basis, HRAS provide six to eight hours of services. We understand certain months there will be more and less hours depending on the above services being performed.  We will work the client if we go over eight hours.

HRAS will provide consulting based upon projects that the clients are asking that are outside of the Retainer services. A statement of work and proposal will be prepared for the client. The following examples are possible projects that could be billed separately:

  • Performance Talent Management Creation/Development
  • Creating Job Descriptions From the Beginning – Specialize Training Sessions
  • Compensation Analysis/Market Review
  • Workplace Investigations

HRAS will provide an hourly rate when the services provided are outside of the scope of the Retainer services and the client determines that they do not want to billed under the Project Fee description.

HRAS has partnered with RCI, Recourse Communication for Specialty Recruitment. Depending upon the client needs, we may provide the following services with the client:

  • Review of the Job Description and Goal of the position
  • Sourcing talent through several methods
  • Compliance with employment laws/discrimination – Screening candidates
  • Predictive Index testing, as applicable
  • Interview process
  • Offer Letter
