Investment Plans
Consulting Retainer: HRAS will contract with the client a monthly fee to handle human resource services throughout the month. The client agrees the type of services and/or hours needed each month to meet the expectations of the client. In every category, HRAS will immediately respond to the client on human resource issues.
HR COMPLIANCE WITH HR ASSISTANCE – LEVEL
Services Provided:
- All-Access To HR Solutions
- Personalize Employee Handbook and updates
- Employment Law Compliance (FLSA/Wage and Hour, EEOC, Civil Rights, FMLA, ADA, National Labor Relations Act, etc.)
- HR Compliance/Document Review
- Review Safety Manuals as applicable
- Initial HR audits for best practices
- Assistance on counseling, coaching, and terminations
- Assistance on workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
- On-Boarding guidance/Personnel File
- On an average monthly basis, HRAS provide six to eight hours of services. We understand certain months there will be more and less hours depending on the above services being performed. We will work the client if we go over eight hours.
